This is an opportunity for you to get more aligned and in-touch with your own functional goals and tailor the Pilates Method and equipment to meet your needs, so you can get back to the things you love doing faster while increasing confidence, self-efficacy, and creating strength that will make you feel over-prepared.

Cancellation Policy

Class can be rescheduled within 6 hours before the appointment; however, this is a commitment to yourself for your health, self-care, etc. No refunds will be provided if you are unable to attend class and are unable to reschedule.
